COUNTRY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS:
- - Any nationality, but Pakistan native is preferred
- - Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field, Master's Degree/Post Graduate is preferred
- - Have at least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required preferably Supervisor/Coordinator position .
- - Required Skill(s): English, Mandarin. Fluent both in oral and written. For Mandarin at least HSK 5 level .
- - An individual and team player
- - Can work under pressure and fast pace environment
- - Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skill
- - High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- - Willing to travel to other country (Long Term period )
Summary of Job Scope:
-    An international project management professional is responsible for establishing, maintaining and coordinating international projects and task forces within establishment of companies, building and roll out the team.
-    The functions of an international project management professional include:
- - Organizing and planning projects: resource planning and time scheduling of projects in compliance with the company's budget and deadlines, stakeholder and risk analysis, cost estimation.
- - Be the key person of the projects, managing, coordinating with other related departments and execution of projects.
- - Monitoring and control of progress and follow up and reporting, deviation and change management, collaborating with persons who taking part in developing department and work process.
